Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using standard carriers. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times can be found on our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed over to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of the products sold by ORIXFORCE. All new products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
